Our client is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager to oversee IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and manage infrastructure across multiple locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take ownership of security, infrastructure, and technology initiatives within a growing, multi-site organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee IT infrastructure, network architecture, and security across multiple locations.
Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and incident response.
Manage servers, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and critical business systems.
Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Lead IT personnel, vendors, budgets, and infrastructure projects.
Establish IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
7–10 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint security, and disaster recovery.
Proven leadership skills and experience managing IT operations across multiple sites.
Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a similar operational environment is an asset.
