This position is based on a 10/4 schedule. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the Wellhead Assembly Technician is responsible for assembly, testing and painting of wellhead equipment.

Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the Wellhead Assembly Technician is responsible for assembly, testing and painting of wellhead equipment.
Primary Duties
- Assemble, test and painting of wellhead equipment.
- Pick and distribute material for assembly, storage or shipping.
- Assist with stocking requirements by ensuring products are properly identified and put away.
- Organize and maintain the work area, including maintenance/inspections of equipment, product storage containers and racking.
- Responsible for inventory assignment for both warehouse and order selection.
- Participate in safety meetings, monthly safety inspections.
- Assist with the shipping area as required.
- Participate in rotational on call schedule.
- Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo Group Guiding Principles in terms of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental regulations or policies.
- Assist with shop housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- High School Diploma, supplemented with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Mechanical assembly/repair experience.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
- Computer skills using MS Office or ERP system.
- Knowledge of Stream-Flo Industries and/or competitors’ equipment would be an asset.
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of equipment use and field applications.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Good communication (oral and written).
- Detail oriented, strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver license along with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and paint wellhead equipment, and pick, distribute, identify, store, and manage inventory of materials and products. Maintain an organized and safe work area, support shipping and housekeeping, participate in safety activities and on-call rotations, and comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental policies.
Requirements
A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred, along with mechanical assembly or repair experience. Candidates should have strong safety awareness, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team; forklift, overhead crane, computer, and relevant equipment experience are assets, and a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
