We are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals to join a progressive non-profit organization as a Residence Worker working in our Adult Staffed Living location in Vernon.

Pay rate: $27.53/hour

The right candidate should have experience with Behavior Management, Personal Care, as well as a Medication Administration Certificate.

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

Knowledge and experience working with developmental, physical disabilities, mental health and behaviours
Ability to create a meaningful routine
Knowledgeable of creating independence vs. creating dependence
Following health care plans*
Completing daily documentation
Implementing personal protocols, schedules, and activities
Knowledge and experience with community integration and teaching life skills
Meet the physical requirement of the role
