Job Description
What your day to day will look like:
- Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories;
- Ensure after-sales follow-up in order to track deliveries and answer customer questions;
- Participate in inventory management and reception of goods;
- Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean;
- Perform other related duties;
- Open and close the store.
Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position:
- Experience in retail including 1 year of experience as Keyholder;
- Demonstrate a sense of listening and the ability to offer advice;
- Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design;
- Available Monday to Friday, and daytime Saturday and Sunday;
- Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg).

Responsibilities
The Keyholder is responsible for advising customers on furniture and accessories while ensuring high standards of store cleanliness and product presentation. They also manage inventory, handle after-sales follow-ups, and perform store opening and closing duties.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least one year of retail experience in a Keyholder role and a strong interest in interior design. The position requires availability during weekdays and weekends, as well as the physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
