Job Description
What your day to day will look like:
- Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories;
- Ensure after-sales follow-up in order to track deliveries and answer customer questions;
- Participate in inventory management and reception of goods;
- Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean;
- Perform other related duties;
- Open and close the store.
Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position:
- Experience in retail including 1 year of experience as Keyholder;
- Demonstrate a sense of listening and the ability to offer advice;
- Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design;
- Available Monday to Friday, and daytime Saturday and Sunday;
- Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg);
- Ability to communicate in French, an asset.

Responsibilities
Advise customers on furniture and accessories, follow up on deliveries and customer questions, and support inventory management and goods receiving. Maintain store presentation and cleanliness, open and close the store, and perform other related duties.
Requirements
Requires retail experience, including at least one year as a keyholder, along with strong listening and customer-advising abilities. Candidates should be collaborative, enthusiastic, interested in interior design, available on weekdays and during the day on weekends, and able to move or lift up to 65 pounds; French communication skills are an asset.
