Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Property Manager role is based in Montreal, QC. The Junior Property Manager supports the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, including coordinating maintenance requests, following up on repairs, and ensuring building systems operate smoothly. The role involves communicating with tenants, responding to inquiries, assisting with lease administration, and helping organize move-ins and move-outs. The Junior Property Manager tracks property-related documentation, prepares basic reports, and supports budgeting and expense monitoring. This position works closely with senior property management staff to implement operational procedures, uphold building standards, and contribute to a positive, professional occupant experience.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and internal teams in a professional manner.
Basic knowledge of property management, real estate operations, or facilities management; prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and the ability to learn property management systems and digital tools.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling maintenance issues, tenant concerns, and building operations.
Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC, with a collaborative mindset and readiness to support senior property managers.
Relevant education in real estate, property management, business administration, or a related field is considered an advantage.
Working proficiency in English and French is highly beneficial in serving tenants and partners in Montreal.
