You already know how to sell freight. We built the place where that actually pays off.

Most brokerages hire salespeople and then hand them a phone, a spreadsheet, and a list nobody wants to call. You chase your own leads, fight your own ops team for coverage, and watch your commission get clawed back on margin you never controlled.

That's not how we run.

Stryke Logistics is a full-service transportation company moving time-sensitive freight across North America: dry van, reefer, flatbed, and specialized. We're growing, we're profitable, and we're looking for one national seller who wants a real seat, not a headset.

What makes this different

A commission structure built to reward producers. Aggressive, transparent, and uncapped. Book more, earn more - no ceiling, no games, no mystery math at month-end. If you're good, this is the last comp plan conversation you'll need to have.

Vetted leads, handed to you. You'll get access to qualified, pre-screened opportunities alongside whatever you build yourself. We invest in pipeline so you spend your day selling, not scraping lists at 9pm.

Technology that makes you faster than your competition. We built our own TMS from the ground up, with a native CRM designed around how freight sales actually works, not generic software bent into shape. Carrier scoring, automated compliance monitoring, and advanced customer accounting all live in one system. You'll quote faster, cover smarter, and walk into a customer meeting with visibility your competitors can't match.

An operations team that closes what you sell. Deep bench, decades of combined experience, and a culture of picking up the phone. Your accounts don't get dropped after the first load. When you promise service, ops delivers it - which is why our reps keep their customers.

What you'll do

Own new business development across North America: prospect, qualify, pitch, and close
Bring your existing customer relationships and grow them on a platform that can support them
Build and manage your pipeline in our in-house CRM
Deliver tailored presentations and proposals that solve real freight problems
Partner with operations and carrier sales on pricing, coverage, and onboarding
Set targets, forecast revenue, and help shape national territory strategy
Keep key accounts sticky through service, not discounts

What you bring

Proven track record in freight brokerage, transportation, or logistics sales
Operations experience, you understand what happens after the load is booked
An established book of business or transferable customer relationships
Demonstrated success in lead generation and new business development
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
Self-motivation and organization, we measure output, not activity theatre
Comfort with CRM and TMS technology
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or equivalent professional experience
