Established in Montreal for 12 years, BLUE SPIRIT is a 3D animation studio belonging to the STUDIO TF1 group. Acting as producer or service provider on ambitious projects such as Blue Eye Samurai, Alice & Lewis, or My Life as a Zucchini, the team are involved in every stage of an animation project.

STUDIO BLUE SPIRIT CANADA is looking for its Human Resources & Administrative Manager to reinforce its core team Reporting to the Studio Director, you will act as a partner to Management, ensuring sound HR practices and smooth operations. You will be the primary point of contact for the team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Coordinating the studio's human resources, from recruitment to tracking team development.
Overseeing work policies and ensuring compliance with labor standards legislation.
Verifying payroll-related information.
Managing general services and studio life.

Your profile:

💼 Experience:

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a generalist HR role, including payroll.

💡 Required qualities and skills:

Strong command of labor law and the ability to ensure sound HR practices within the company.
Excellent leadership and listening skills.
Professional level of English.
Knowledge of the animation industry is a plus.

Rattaché.e à la Directrice du Studio, vous intervenez comme partenaire de la Direction comme garant des pratiques RH et de la fluidité des opérations. Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des équipes.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Coordination des ressources humaines du studio, du recrutement au suivi de la progression des équipes.
Suivi des politiques de travail et de la bonne application des lois relatives aux Normes du Travail.
Contrôle des informations pour la paie.
Gestion des services généraux et de la vie du studio.

Votre profil :

💼 Expérience :

Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) sur une fonction généraliste RH incluant de la paie.

💡 Qualités et compétences requises :

Maîtrise du droit du travail et capacité à sécuriser les pratiques RH de l’entreprise.
Excellente capacité d’encadrement et d’écoute.
Niveau d’Anglais professionnel.
Une connaissance du secteur de l’animation est un plus.
