Original job description

StudyBuddy Canada Immigration Consulting is expanding its North Bay operations, and we’re looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Office & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Location: North Bay, Ontario, Canada

Work Mode: In-Office

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Employment Type: Part-Time

Pay: CAD $18/hour + 15% commission on every closed deal

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client communication, sales, relationship building, and office coordination. You’ll work closely with our team to manage day-to-day office activities while supporting lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Handle calls, emails, inquiries, and walk-in clients professionally.
Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
Follow up with prospective clients and support lead conversion.
Assist with sales activities and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, spreadsheets, and client information.
Prepare basic reports, documents, and sales materials.
Coordinate communication between clients, sales representatives, and management.
Provide administrative and operational support to the team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, customer service, office administration, or sales coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Experience in immigration, recruitment, or consulting is an asset.
