budgets.

Assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and financial documentation.
Maintain strong financial controls and vendor/contractor relationships.

requirements to General Council of Winnipeg Community Centres (GCWCC)

Scheduling & Rentals

Coordinate facility bookings for programs, leagues, tournaments and community rentals.
Sourcing and identifying future programming and rental opportunities

Lead facility and canteen staff, fostering a positive, collaborative workplace.
Provide training, coaching and performance feedback.

Responsible for HR processes with EBOD support.

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with sports leagues, program partners, renters and community groups to

support and strengthen indoor and outdoor sports programs and ensure seamless

facility use.

Help ensure programs and services evolve to meet community needs.
Represent SHCC with professionalism, warmth and a community-first mindset.
