Original job description

Join the Summit Fleet team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. As a Client Success Specialist, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping manage day-to-day account needs, coordinating solutions across departments, and ensuring customers receive timely, professional support.

This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll build strong client relationships, support service delivery, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention while working within a collaborative and growing team.

This position is based out of our Summit Fleet offices in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate client needs with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and address customer concerns proactively.
Support client onboarding and ongoing account management.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Assist with reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, client success, account management, or a related role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fleet, automotive, leasing, or transportation industry experience is an asset.
