- Maintain an active sales pipeline, manage opportunities through the sales cycle, and consistently work toward revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and other business development opportunities throughout the Vancouver market.
- Stay informed of local commercial construction, workplace design, and office development trends to identify emerging opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence, client feedback, and sales updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management within the Vancouver market.
- Established relationships with local commercial interior designers, general contractors, and other professionals involved in commercial projects.
- Experience in commercial office furniture, workplace interiors, architectural products, construction-related sales, or a closely related industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to generate new business, develop a sales pipeline, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and competing priorities.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a well-established organization in Vancouver's commercial interiors market, with the support, product offerings, and industry presence to build a successful book of business.
