An Opportunity to Build Relationships, Develop Business, and Make an Impact

Our client is a recognized leader in innovative product and manufacturing solutions, supporting customers across specialized industrial and consulting markets. They are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Account Manager to join their growing Edmonton team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, relationship-oriented professional who thrives on interaction, enjoys connecting with people, and brings a natural sales instinct to every customer engagement. You will take ownership of an established portfolio within the Environmental, Geotechnical, and Multi-Disciplinary Consulting sectors, strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and connecting clients with technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

2–5 years of experience in account management, inside sales, application sales, order desk, or a customer-focused commercial role.
An outgoing, engaging personality with the confidence and enthusiasm to build relationships and connect naturally with customers.
A proactive, positive, and commercially minded approach, with a genuine interest in developing business.
Experience in technical products, instrumentation, electrical, environmental, drilling, or related industrial markets is an asset.
Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance responsive customer service with proactive sales and business development.
Familiarity with CRM systems and opportunity pipeline management.
Valid driver's license required.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary of $60,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience.
Quarterly performance bonus, with targeted total earnings of $65,000–$85,000.
Full benefits program, including RRSP matching.
Primarily office-based inside sales role with occasional customer visits and appropriate business-related expenses.
Opportunity to grow with an expanding organization and develop valuable technical sales expertise.
