Industrial Inside Sales Representative

Our client is a well-established Canadian organization and a recognized North American leader in specialized industrial products, serving customers across the industrial and commercial sectors.

They are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join their Calgary team. This is primarily an inside sales role focused on managing existing accounts, developing new opportunities, and providing customers with knowledgeable, responsive service.

The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B industrial sales, ideally within industrial distribution, manufacturing, building products, or a related environment. An outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in developing a career in sales are equally important.

The Opportunity

Manage and grow relationships with an established industrial customer base.
Proactively pursue sales opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activity.
Develop product knowledge and sales expertise through comprehensive company training and ongoing development.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate customer requirements with internal teams.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring

1–3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within an industrial or distribution environment.
Experience within an inside applications or order desk environment an asset
An outgoing, confident personality with strong relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to sales and a willingness to make outbound calls and develop business.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
A customer-focused mindset and desire to continually learn and develop.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Remuneration for this position will consists of a base salary between $60-65K in addition to a bonus program targeting annual income at $75-80K+ in addition to a benefit program and RSP
