Role Description The Electrician role at Sundak Electric Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Brampton, ON. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. The Electrician will perform wiring, panel work, lighting installation (including pot lights), and support home and office automation systems. The role involves diagnosing electrical issues, troubleshooting faults, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards, and completing detailed documentation of work performed. The Electrician will collaborate with the project team, communicate with clients professionally, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles applicable to commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
- Demonstrated experience in Electrical Work, including installation of panels, wiring, lighting, and automation systems.
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of electrical systems, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
- Effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults and system issues.
- Valid electrician license or certification in Ontario, with knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safe work practices.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites in and around GTA ON.
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects is an asset.
