What will you do?

Process and index disability-related documents received through multiple channels and ensure accurate claim records are maintained.
Set up new disability claims and complete administrative activities, including updating plan member information, preparing correspondence and payments, and following up with plan sponsors for missing documentation.
Review documentation for accuracy, quality and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and information security standards.
Collaborate with team members and internal partners to meet service standards, support Client needs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

What do you need to succeed?

As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only to answer calls from English and French-speaking clients across Canada or worldwide.

Note: Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods to support Client service commitments.

What’s in it for you?

Comprehensive onboarding, training and ongoing development programs to support your success.
A collaborative, inclusive and supportive work environment focused on employee well-being.
Competitive benefits, wellness programs and paid vacation to support your financial security and healthy lifestyle.
