Neuroimaging Data Analysis: Oversee, develop, and execute processing pipelines for neuroimaging data (MRI/fMRI, two-photon fluorescence microscopy, and/or electrophysiology); perform quality control, statistical modeling, and data management; assist lab members with analytical troubleshooting and data interpretation.
Laboratory Operations & Administration: Manage lab infrastructure, service contracts, vendor relationships, equipment maintenance schedules, and hazardous materials compliance; ensure audit-readiness across all research spaces.
Financial & Grant Management: Oversee operational and grant budgets, track consumable expenditures, and coordinate purchase requisitions.
Supervision & Mentorship: Train and mentor graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and technical staff on standard operating procedures, ethics protocols requirements, and analysis workflows.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience working in a biomedical research laboratory at an academic research institute.
Demonstrated track record managing regulatory submissions, ethics board protocols and compliance documentation.
Proven, hands-on neuroimaging data acquisition and analysis expertise (e.g., fMRI, two-photon fluorescence microscopy or electrophysiology).
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MRI, microscopy, and/or electrophysiology data acquisitions.
Proficiency in standard neuroimaging software packages (e.g., FSL, SPM, AFNI, FreeSurfer, ANTs) and scientific programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, R).
Familiarity with data standards and reproducible research practices.
Leadership & Organization
