Responsibilities
Lead and manage assigned capital and renovation projects from requirements gathering and design through tendering, construction, cost control, and commissioning. Coordinate users, consultants, authorities, and internal departments, while managing project budgets and completing financial and construction documentation.
Requirements
Requires a four-year undergraduate degree in engineering, with civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering preferred, and more than 10 years of recent, successful construction project management experience. Candidates should have advanced knowledge of construction drawings, details, materials, methods, standards, and contract law, along with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills; healthcare and imaging project experience is preferred.
