Responsibilities
Prepare surgical case carts for routine, specialized, and emergency situations. Operate decontamination and sterilization equipment, prepare and package sterile instruments and supplies, meet quality indicators, and deliver and pick up supplies.
Requirements
An approved Sterile Supply Processing Certificate and prior MDRC Technician II experience are required; applicants with that experience receive priority. Candidates should have broad knowledge of surgical services and complex instrumentation, case cart preparation proficiency, strong organizational and computer skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
