Responsibilities
Develop and deliver UKG Pro WFM training through seminars, virtual presentations, drop-ins, roadshows, and on-site support, while assisting users with system questions and scheduling procedures. Maintain training materials and scheduling data integrity, reinforce best practices, collaborate with stakeholders, and support departmental project implementation and stabilization.
Requirements
Requires at least one year of software training or education experience, a minimum of two years of healthcare experience, and a college diploma in a health-related field or equivalent. UKG Pro WFM experience is strongly preferred; scheduling experience, Kronos Workforce ESP, software-transition experience, and experience with HR processes or clinical operations are assets.
