What You’ll Do: • Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care • Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes • Promote safety, dignity, and independence • Engage residents through conversation and daily activities • Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment • Communicate effectively with families and care leaders • In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss What We’re Looking For: • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ • CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Caregiver – Make a Difference Every Day | Paid Training & Career Growth Caregiver | Personal Care Assistant | Assisted Living | Senior Care

Pay Range:

21.82 - 23.89

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, dining, and resident engagement, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence, communicate with families and care leaders, and create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED and age 18 or older are required. CPR and First Aid certification are required or must be obtained, along with compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
