Original job description

The Fixed Asset Administrator supports fixed asset operations by managing purchase orders, invoice processing, asset transfers, inventory records, and asset transaction requests. This role ensures asset data accuracy, resolves system exceptions, supports vendor payments, and serves as a primary contact for fixed asset inquiries and administrative processes.

What you will do :

Create purchase orders for refurbishments, equipment, and recurring services.
Perform Goods Receipt.
Manage the Fixed Assets shared mailbox and respond to inquiries.
Process asset sales, scraps, buyouts, and disposals in the Field Service Management system (FSM).
Research asset ownership and net book value (NBV) for AFD requests.
Process and resolve FSM asset escalations.
Prepare and validate inbound and outbound tank transfer files.
Correct data issues including serial numbers, barcodes, tank sizes, and locations.
Coordinate asset movements between yards, refurbishers, and disposal vendors.
Create disposal files and process scrap transactions.
Maintain accurate asset records and ensure successful system uploads.

What you bring:

Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to research, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies.
Experience with ERP, asset management, or inventory systems preferred.
Fixed asset, logistics, accounting, procurement, or operations experience preferred.
