Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and support business and marketing objectives.
Ensure all creative materials consistently align with Superior's brand standards, visual identity guidelines, and communication objectives.

Review and refine creative materials based on stakeholder feedback, performance insights, and business requirements.
Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and creative resources to support ongoing business needs and efficient project execution.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you bring:

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, customer marketing, customer experience, lifecycle marketing, digital product marketing, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to develop creative assets for both digital and print channels.
Proven track record supporting marketing campaigns, customer communications, brand initiatives, or corporate communications projects.
Strong understanding of brand standards and the ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple channels and audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
Familiarity with preparing production-ready artwork and coordinating with external vendors, printers, or agency partners is considered an asset.
Knowledge of video production, motion graphics, animation, or multimedia content creation is considered an asset.

Salary: $58,300 - $72,850 annually (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography).
