  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies for professional, specialized, skilled trades, and operational roles.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates, build talent pipelines, explore new sourcing channels, and develop relationships with educational institutions and community partners.

  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation across Canada and the U.S.
  • Support employer branding, career fairs, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen SupremeX’s recruitment strategies and processes.

  • Proven ability to proactively source candidates, manage multiple priorities, and use platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment reporting.
  • Experience building partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in English and French.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to go beyond filling vacancies and help shape how SupremeX attracts talent across North America. You’ll develop creative sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and partnerships, and introduce new approaches to strengthen our recruitment capabilities. If you enjoy challenging searches, building relationships, and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
