What you'll do

  • Build and ship features for Cumulus and client projects

  • Work across the stack: Next.js / TypeScript, Python, Postgres / Supabase
  • Deploy and maintain services on Google Cloud
  • Join client meetings within about an hour of Norfolk County
  • Keep us sharp: test new models and AI tools and bring ideas to the table

What you bring

  • 3–4 years building production web applications
  • Strong TypeScript and Python
  • Experience with Next.js and Postgres
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI coding tools like Claude Code
  • Comfortable explaining technical work to non-technical clients
  • Able to be on site in Norfolk County at least 2 days a week and travel to local meetings (driver's licence and vehicle)
  • Your own capable development laptop

Nice to have

  • Google Cloud or Supabase experience
  • RAG, vector search, or agent frameworks
  • Microsoft Graph / SharePoint or Google Drive APIs
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 or PIPEDA

What we offer

  • 4-day work week, because who doesn't love a long weekend? Every week.
  • Claude Code subscription included
  • Equity options in a growing Canadian AI company
  • Profit share on new clients you help bring on board
  • Real influence over the product and how we build it

Compensation

  • Full-time: $70,000 – $90,000 / year
  • Contract: $54 – $55 / hour
