Salesforce Administrator

Survalent Technology is looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical Salesforce environment that supports Sales, Marketing, Proposals, and Finance across the organization. In this role, you will help shape how Salesforce supports our teams as the business evolves - improving processes, strengthening data quality, building scalable automations, and ensuring the platform remain reliable secure, and easy to use. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will turn changing business needs into practical, sustainable Salesforce solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. What you will be doing?

• Configure and administer Salesforce Enterprise Edition, ensuring platform stability, data integrity, and security across the organization
• Customize and scale Salesforce to support sales, marketing, and proposals processes - custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and automations
• Drive data hygiene at scale through validation rules, cleansing routines, and deduplication that keep the instance trustworthy
• Build and maintain flows, Process Builder, and integrations that reduce manual work and keep data accurate as the org grows

• Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, systems integrity, third-party applications, and AppExchange products
• Develop and test new functionality, customizations, and enhancements, and evaluate new Salesforce releases to assess their impact across affected departments and user

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce administration experience (typically 3-5 years), including proven ownership of enterprise-scale orgs and advanced platform configuration
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, workflows, Process Builder, data management, automation tools, and integrations
• Fluency with Salesforce automation tools and integration capabilities
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment where demands shift frequently and urgently
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels clearly, concisely, and confidently

Nice to Have:

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification

This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Sales Operations. The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000.
