We are a fun and youthful team that services a diverse range of clients from technology start-ups to billion dollar companies and Government Owned Corporations in the commercial aspects of research, development, management and technology transfer.
Swanson Reed has recently expanded to Canada and is looking for an energetic team member to join its team in Toronto.

$35 per hour

The Position
- Speaking with clients and potential clients to determine their eligibility and interest to claim the R&D tax credit
- Updating our databases with relevant information
- Generating potential leads
- Following up potential leads (i.e. emails, calls, etc.)
- Experience in telemarketing/sales
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good phone manner
- Computer literacy (Google Docs, Microsoft Office etc.)
$35 per hour

Responsibilities
Speak with clients and prospective clients to assess their eligibility and interest in claiming R&D tax credits. Update databases, generate leads, and follow up with prospective leads by email and phone.
Requirements
Experience in telemarketing or sales is required, along with strong written and verbal English skills. Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, a professional phone manner, and computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
