Controller role in Langley. High-growth global publicly-listed company. This role is ideal for someone with a builders mindset who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading through change and process improvements.
Who – the Company:
Our client is a well-established and innovation-driven industrial company with decades of success in designing and delivering high-performance products used globally. The company has built a reputation for quality, customer service, and engineering excellence. The workplace culture is professional and high-performance yet down-to-earth, and continuous improvement and teamwork are highly valued. The Controller will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities, streamline business processes, and support the implementation of enterprise systems and technology initiatives.
The Controller will also contribute to organizational leadership through participation in strategic planning, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts across departments.
This is not a “maintain-the-status-quo” role. The company is seeking someone resilient and forward-thinking who can build and improve processes and systems, fix what’s not working, and scale the accounting & finance function for future growth.
