Join a global brand team focused on creating engaging digital experiences and bringing product stories to life across ecommerce and app. This is a great opportunity for a digital content professional who enjoys working across teams and turning ideas into impactful online experiences. Candidates with an agency background would be a particularly strong fit for the role.

This is a one-year contract.

Who- the Company:

What- the Role:

Our Client’s Digital Brand Experience (DBE) team elevates and improves the digital guest experience through world-class storytelling and experience creation; building a brand and product offering that connects to our guests emotionally and globally.

Through a clear strategic approach to digital experiences, the DBE team provides guests with clarity on our client’s product offerings, showcases product innovation, and elevates the look, feel, and tone of their brand and product stories. The actions of this team will ultimately provide a richer, more immersive guest experience and drive global brand and revenue growth for our client.

The Global Digital Content Lead should be a strategic thinker that understands how to storytell across a multitude of digital ecommerce platforms. As a core partner to Global and Regional Brand, Regional Ecommerce, and Global Product Management/UX teams, this role supports in setting a content vision that enables premium, globally consistent brand and product communication, and drives the development of new online experiences.

Support Managers and Directors across multiple workstreams in a project management capacity
Support the development and implementation of the DBE content strategy across priority channels (eCommerce, App)
Support the design of new digital storytelling functionality as a thought-partner to UX teams
Ensure DBE work is shared with relevant internal teams and content created can be properly scaled across functions
Partner cross-functionally to ensure brand and business alignment, and maximize digital growth
Support agency and vendor relationships
Engage, align, and enroll key stakeholders as a voice for the power of digital storytelling with the organization.
Measure and report on the brand and business impact of digital brand experience initiatives

Who – the Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar
5+ years of experience working with a brand in a digital/ecommerce role, or at a digital agency
Ability to interpret internal and external opportunities or roadblocks, quickly identifying areas for optimization and resolution.
Desire to stay on the pulse of digital trends and conversations, leading through innovation

How Much:

$48-$52hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
