- An undergraduate degree meeting the assignment’s education criteria, or a listed alternative designation: CA, CMC, CMA, CGA or CFA. The IT-related profile specifically references IT, sciences, engineering and related technology fields; please identify your field of study.
- Effective use of project-management technology, such as Microsoft Project.
- At least three project examples of eight months or longer, demonstrating stakeholder communication, consensus-building and liaison with Ministry management and staff.
- At least three years managing multidisciplinary teams and developing feasibility studies, business cases and Treasury Board submissions.
- Experience preparing charters and master project plans, managing risks and coordinating internal resources and contractors.
- Experience managing change and budget requests, including costs, schedules, resources, deliverables and dependencies.
- Successful delivery of medium-complexity projects valued below $5 million, lasting more than six months, with at least five people reporting to you as Project Manager.
