Demonstrated expertise with applications such as IBM Maximo in large, complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of application configuration, workflows, architecture, and functionality.
Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
Experience supporting enterprise system integrations, ideally with ERP, procurement, or related platforms.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Strong vendor management skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and validate proposed solutions.
Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) or MAS migration initiatives is considered a strong asset.
Experience within asset-intensive industries such as transportation, infrastructure, utilities, engineering, manufacturing, or public sector environments is preferred.
Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Compensation:

Competitive compensation package ranging from $115-125k
Hybrid working environments
Fixed Term contract with a high probability to convert to a full-time permanent position
