What You Will Do In This Role
- Be a “know-it-all” about our regular and promotional food and beverage menu by communicating and recommending offerings to Guests
- Provide a welcoming smile and genuine hospitality
- Get to know our Guests and enhance their personal experience, while flawlessly executing our steps of service
- Provide responsible alcohol service to all Guests
- Adhere to all safe food safety and handling procedures
- Abide by Food Safety regulations and best practices
- Bonus points for previous experience as a server
- Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service certification is required
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to contribute to a Perfect Guest Experience
- Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide genuine hospitality, learn their preferences, recommend menu offerings, and deliver the restaurant’s service standards. Serve alcohol responsibly and follow food safety, handling, and regulatory procedures.
Requirements
Previous server experience is a bonus, and provincial responsible alcohol service certification is required. Candidates should have strong communication and social skills, work well independently and with a team, and be energetic, adaptable, and able to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
