Are you a seasoned Technical Project Manager who thrives on driving complex banking transformations?
I'm partnering with a major financial institution to bring on a Senior Tech PM to lead a high-visibility Payments Technology initiative. If you excel at bridging the gap between business needs and complex cloud/API software development, we need to talk.
Logistics
Compensation-T4: $70-$72 | IC:$80-$88
Hybrid- 2 to 3 days onsite (DT, Toronto)
Contract- 12 months
The Role & Impact
In this role, you will be the driving force behind critical payment systems, requiring expert-level stakeholder management and the agility to navigate challenging, high-pressure environments. You'll manage project interdependencies, mitigate risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical excellence.
Core Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on PM experience within the financial/banking industry.
- Deep experience managing software development projects involving AWS Cloud and APIs.
- Expert-level stakeholder management, communication, and risk mitigation skills.
- Bonus: Previous experience with BMO project methodologies or delivering Payments initiatives is a massive asset.
