Perform detailed quantity takeoffs directly from drawings, including dimensions, glass types, hardware, and installation methods.

Review site conditions and project requirements to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to clarify project specifications, drawings, and technical details.

Coordinate with project managers to support project budgeting, scheduling, and scope alignment.

Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotations, and bid submissions.

Follow up on submitted quotations and bids to support business development and secure new projects.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Benefits package following a three-month probationary period.

Supportive and well-organized work environment.

Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

A workplace that values employee well-being and work-life balance.

Ideal Candidate

Proven ability to read, interpret, and understand construction drawings and blueprints (required).
