Responsibilities
- Meet with warm, qualified leads and understand client needs
- Estimate and scope landscape construction and hardscape projects
- Read drawings, plans, and specifications
- Prepare and present accurate proposals
- Manage your sales pipeline and ensure smooth project handoffs
- Experience in landscape construction, hardscape, or related trades
- Experience in landscape estimating, sales, or project work
- Ability to read drawings and construction specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid BC driver's license
- LMN experience, landscape design experience, Red Seal/trade certification.

Responsibilities
Meet with qualified leads to understand client needs, then estimate and scope landscape construction and hardscape projects using drawings, plans, and specifications. Prepare and present proposals, manage the sales pipeline, and coordinate smooth project handoffs.
Requirements
Candidates need experience in landscape construction, hardscape, or related trades, along with experience in estimating, sales, or project work. They must be able to read construction drawings and specifications, communicate and organize effectively, and hold a valid BC driver's license; LMN, landscape design, and Red Seal or trade certification experience are also noted.
