We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and accountable. This is not a desk-only position. You should be comfortable walking buildings, inspecting units, meeting tenants, showing apartments, coordinating repairs, dealing with contractors, and addressing issues directly.
You should be able to spot problems, find solutions, and follow through without needing to be constantly supervised.
If you have real-world experience managing rental properties and are comfortable handling both tenants and the physical operation of buildings, we want to hear from you.
Apply today with your resume and a brief description of your property management experience.
