The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technician based in Ontario with experience in industrial instrumentation. You will be responsible for the commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of process instrumentation and control equipment at customer sites and in our workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission and configure process instrumentation and control systems.
• Perform calibration, testing, and verification of instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on instrumentation and associated equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting at customer facilities.
• Prepare service reports and calibration certificates.
• Work closely with customers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in commissioning, repairing, and calibrating industrial instruments.
• Strong knowledge of process instrumentation such as flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analytical instruments.
• Experience working within mining, water, process, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant technical qualification in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
