You are a highly experienced engineering professional with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results. You thrive in fast-paced environments where you can leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to manage complex projects from inception to completion.

With strong experience in semiconductor design and delivery, you bring deep knowledge of SoC, ASIC, and Silicon IP development. You are adept at communicating with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, managers, and customers, ensuring expectations are managed and projects stay on track. Your strategic mindset enables you to make informed decisions quickly, balancing technical requirements and project timelines.

As a natural leader, you motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals, fostering collaboration and celebrating both individual and group successes. Your empathetic approach ensures you understand the needs of your team and stakeholders, creating an inclusive and positive work environment.

You are skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution, maintaining alignment even when opinions differ. Your adaptability allows you to ramp up quickly on new tools and processes, and you remain calm and focused under pressure. You value diversity and inclusivity, recognizing the strengths that each team member brings.

If you are excited about driving complex programs and enabling next-generation silicon innovation, Synopsys is the place for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from initial planning through successful completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers, representing the product line internally and externally.
Provide regular project status updates and collaborate with R&D teams to define roadmaps, new developments, and enhancements.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones using industry-standard tools.
Monitor execution, analyze project performance, and ensure delivery meets quality, schedule, and customer expectations.
Drive cross-team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers to keep programs on track.
Enable effective communication across global teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor team members and promote best practices in execution, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

The Impact You Will Have:

Deliver high-value Silicon IP solutions enabling technologies such as AI, IoT, and autonomous systems.
Strengthen Synopsys’ position as a leader in chip design and semiconductor innovation.
Drive operational excellence across global programs, improving predictability and execution efficiency.
Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and high-quality delivery.
Influence product direction through close engagement with customers and internal teams.
Build strong relationships across engineering, product, and customer organizations.
Contribute to team growth through mentorship, leadership, and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Need:

Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent).
~7–12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, Silicon IP, SoC, or related engineering environments.
Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating complex, cross-functional technical projects or programs.
Strong experience managing customer expectations and communications.
Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SoC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
Solid understanding of project/program management methodologies and tools.
Experience working with quality management systems and delivery processes.
Familiarity working in Linux-based environments and engineering workflows.

Who You Are:

Exceptional communicator, able to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leader who motivates teams and drives alignment in complex environments.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance technical depth and execution priorities.
Collaborative and inclusive, valuing diverse perspectives and teamwork.
Calm and resilient under pressure, maintaining focus in challenging situations.
Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, enabling team success.
Adaptable and fast learner, comfortable navigating evolving tools, processes, and technologies.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You will join a high-performing, collaborative engineering team focused on delivering innovative Silicon IP solutions to global customers. The team works across the full lifecycle of semiconductor development, partnering closely with design, verification, software, and customer engineering teams.

We thrive on solving complex technical challenges, leveraging diverse expertise to drive innovation and product excellence. The culture emphasizes open communication, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning, ensuring every team member is empowered to grow and make an impact.

Rewards and Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs. Our total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings. Your recruiter will provide more details about the salary range and benefits during the hiring process.
