Job Summary
- Position: Site Security Guard
- Work Location: Discovery Borden Mine, Chapleau, Ontario
- Work Setting: Mine/energy site
- Duties: Site access control, screening, surveillance, administrative duties and other duties as assigned in accordance with the operational requirements
- Work Conditions: Outside, combinations of sitting, standing and walking
- Rotation: 7 days on, 7 days off and/or 14 days on, 14 days off (Days or Nights)
- Wage: $20.94 - $21.71
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- The applicant must be legally entitled to work in Canada and at least 18 years old at the time of applying.
- Accommodation allowance is provided.
- Meal allowance is provided (details to be discussed further).
Note: Travel to and from the site using your own vehicle is required.

Responsibilities
Control site access, screen individuals, conduct surveillance, and perform administrative duties at the mine site. Carry out other duties as assigned according to operational requirements.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License and a valid First Aid Certificate. They must be at least 18 years old, legally entitled to work in Canada, and able to travel to and from the site using their own vehicle.
