Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.
We are now hiring a Chief of Staff, based in Toronto.
You will work directly with our CEO on what matters most: running the operating cadence, driving projects across teams, preparing board and investor material and taking ownership of problems that do not yet have an owner. You will be part of every important decision as we grow across several countries.
Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.
What you bring:
- Several years in consulting, banking, operations or a founder's office at a fast-growing company.
- Sharp judgment and the ability to move between strategy and execution in the same day.
- Clear writing.
