Original job description
Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.
We are now hiring a Data Analyst, based in Toronto.
You will turn our data into decisions: analyzing how customers use the product, measuring the quality of what our AI delivers and answering the questions our team needs answered. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams.
Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.
What you bring:
- A few years in data analysis, ideally at a fast-growing company.
- Strong SQL, and experience with Python.
- Clear thinking.
What you get:
- A founding role with real ownership.
- A senior team that has scaled companies before.
- Exposure to every part of how a company is built.
To apply, send a short note to careers@syntrace.com about yourself.
If you know someone who should read this, send it to them.
