Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.
We are now hiring an Full Stack Engineer, based in Montréal.
You will build the AI behind everything we surface: the pipelines that turn conversations into accurate, attributed and source-linked knowledge, in English, French and beyond, and the evaluations that tell us when it works.
Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.
What you bring:
- Experience building production systems with LLMs.
- Strong Python.
- A disciplined approach to evaluation.
