Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on.
We are now hiring a Machine Learning Engineer, based in Toronto.
You will build and improve the models and pipelines behind everything we surface: transcription, speaker attribution, extraction and synthesis. You will design the evaluations that tell us when it works, and run the experiments that make it better.
Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it.
What you bring:
- Several years building machine learning systems in production.
- Strong Python and experience with modern deep learning frameworks.
- A disciplined approach to evaluation.
