Purpose

This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for business-critical systems and technology infrastructure within the organization. This role involves analyzing system performance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and applications. The Analyst will work closely with other IT support teams and business units to ensure that technology supports organizational goals and is operating efficiently. This position requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide timely technical support for system-related incidents, identify root causes, and resolve issues affecting system performance or end-user operations.
Track and document incidents in the service management platform, ensuring they are resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Escalate complex issues to senior support teams as needed.
Assist with the configuration, installation, and updating of hardware, software, and network components to improve system performance and security.
Provide technical assistance to end-users, answering queries related to system functionality, software applications, and network issues.
Work closely with other IT teams, including network administrators, database administrators, and business technology teams, to ensure seamless system support and timely issue resolution.
Maintain and update technical documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and issue resolution reports.
Participate in testing system upgrades and patches, ensuring that changes do not disrupt business operations and are thoroughly validated before deployment.
Identify and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to increase efficiency, enhance user experience, and ensure the reliability of systems.

Maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation technique, notamment les configurations des systèmes, les guides destinés aux utilisateurs et les rapports de résolution des problèmes.
Participer aux essais des mises à niveau et des correctifs des systèmes, en veillant à ce que les changements ne perturbent pas les activités de l'organisation et soient entièrement validés avant leur déploiement.
