Promote a strong safety culture and implement safety programs to minimize risk.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, purchasing, transportation, IT, HR) to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and achieve shared business objectives. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including employees, peers, and senior management.
Technology and Systems Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency, improve data visibility, and support business growth.
