We're looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive (Business Development Manager) to join our sales team in the Okanagan. Key Responsibilities:

· Hunt for new business by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.

· Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and connect with them to start meaningful conversations, driving new business opportunities.

· Map out your approach and plan for how you'll tackle prospecting, including networking events and referrals.

· Dive into client needs to understand what they're looking for and suggest solutions that fit their goals.

· Put together engaging presentations and personalized proposals that stand out.

· Own the entire sales journey - from the first conversation to sealing the deal - with a strong focus on winning larger opportunities.

· Handle objections confidently, building trust and showing clients why we're the right fit.

· Follow up consistently to keep deals moving forward and ensure potential clients don’t fall through the cracks.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

· Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline progression, and client communications using CRM software.

Knowledge and Skill requirements:

· Proven success in a senior sale, business development, or account executive role with 5+ years of experience.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people easily.

· A knack for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

· A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience selling solutions or services in a B2B environment.

· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.

· Ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and priorities without losing momentum.

· Strong presentation skills with the confidence to engage with senior-level decision-makers.

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving sales environment.

· Proven ability to work independently while still being a great team player.
