You will lead and coordinate QA activities, establish and evolve testing standards and procedures, work closely with project and product leadership, and act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will be responsible for ensuring testing activities effectively identify, prioritize, and resolve issues throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

This is a hands-on role encompassing test strategy, automation, manual testing, UAT support, defect triage, reporting, team leadership, and continuous improvement of QA practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide QA performance reporting and dashboards, including measures of QA velocity
Work extensively with Microsoft Azure DevOps Test Plan Manager
Identify opportunities to expand and improve automated and repeatable testing
Ensure testing considers functionality, accuracy, reliability, accessibility, and applicable industry standards
Collaborate closely with program/product managers, solution architects, developers, project managers, business analysts, QA analysts, UX designers, and client stakeholders

The engagement combines QA leadership with hands-on automated and manual testing, UAT support, performance measurement, and Azure DevOps-based test management.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
