Minimum of 10 years of relevant industrial experience in mining, manufacturing, heavy industry, or other asset-intensive sectors.
Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: asset management and reliability, operational readiness and commissioning, maintenance optimization, industrial operations, risk management, and process or operational performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in French is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required in order to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec.

We are committed to equal employment opportunities and an inclusive workplace for all.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
