Assess experience, motivation and role fit; coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers and provide evidence-based hiring recommendations.
Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience and accurately present Systemex Automation’s opportunities, projects and employee value proposition. Protect candidate confidentiality and support fair, consistent and inclusive selection.
Share insights on talent availability, compensation expectations and recruitment challenges; recommend search strategy adjustments. Keep candidate records and activity current in Lever (ATS), and report pipeline progress, sourcing effectiveness, hiring timelines and offer outcomes.
Partner with HR on compensation alignment, offer preparation and approvals; support offer discussions and candidate closing within approved parameters.
Improve recruitment practices, referrals and employer visibility through industry relationships, professional associations and recruitment events.

Required qualifications and experience

At least five years in proactive recruitment and headhunting in engineering, manufacturing or closely related industrial environments.
Proven success identifying, engaging and hiring passive candidates for engineering and technical roles, including hard-to-fill positions.

Systemex Automation
