Context

To provide dedicated ownership of workplace operations and ensure the 16th and 17th floor offices operate efficiently, safely, and professionally while delivering a positive employee experience.

Location : 5650 Yonge Street, 17th Floor | Toronto | Ontario

Missions/Main Duties

Office Manager/Facilities Lead – Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all office operations across the 16th,17th and 18th floors.
Coordinate day-to-day facilities activities, including maintenance requests, repairs, and follow-up with property management and vendors.
Manage office space planning, workstation assignments, employee moves, and seating arrangements.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workspace setup, access cards, office equipment, and orientation support.
Oversee office supplies, kitchen services, and common area requirements, ensuring offices remain fully stocked and functional.
Manage building access requests, visitor registration, parking assignments, and security-related coordination.
Coordinate vendor services, including cleaning, catering, courier services, and office service providers.
Support the planning and execution of office events, meetings, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain operational records, office procedures, floor plans, and key contact lists.
Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency, employee experience, and overall office operations.

Salary Range - CAD 60,000 - CAD 100,000
